It is not clear where this stone comes from. One possibility is  Dominicanerplein 5 and was relocated here in 1955. That would indicate a possible connection with the Dominican monastery there. The other option is that the gable stone with the cross comes from Wycker Brugstraat 50, when that building was shortened a bit in 1882 at the construction of the Percée, that is, when the facade with the gable stone was demolished.
